Edmond, OK-based CITY BITES (founded 1986) has increased by 1 unit, from 18 to 19 (6% growth). This fast casual concept serves American cuisine, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Per person price range is $4-$12+ and seating is for about 60. Catering and drive-thru services are available. Locations are in KS and OK.

Daphne, AL-based COCK OF THE WALK RESTAURANT (founded 1977) has increased by 1 unit, from 13 to 14 (8% growth). This upscale steak & seafood concept is open for dinner only, with a $15-$50+ per person check average. The restaurants have full bar service and seating for around 350. Banquet rooms are available. Trading areas are AL, AR, FL, MS, and TN.

CALIFORNIA FISH GRILL based in Anaheim, CA has increased by 1 unit, from 7 to 8 (14% growth). These are family/casual seafood restaurants with seating for around 80. Beer and wine are sold. Meal periods are lunch and dinner. Per person check average is around $8-$20+. All locations are in CA.

Alpharetta, GA-based MCALISTER\’S DELI (founded 1989) has increased by 12 units, from 307 to 319 (4% growth) and entered into AZ.  This fast casual sandwich shop is open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Seating is for about 150.  Catering and online ordering services are available.  Locations are franchised and trade in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MO, MS, NC, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WY.

Washington, DC-based SWEETGREENS (founded 2007) has increased by 4 units, from 13 to 17 (31% growth).  The concept is fast casual, serving salads and sandwiches.  Per person price range is $4-$12+.  Seating is for around 20.  Online ordering is available.  Trading areas are DC, MD, PA, and VA.

Baton Rouge, LA-based SANTA FE CATTLE CO (founded 1996) has increased by 3 units, from 17 to 20 (18% growth).  The restaurants are family/casual, serving American cuisine.  Per person check average is $10-$30, with full bar service.  Seating is for about 225.  Trading areas are AL, FL, LA, MS, OK, and TN.

Vancouver, BC-based CACTUS CLUB CAFE (founded 1988) has increased by 1 unit, from 25 to 26 (4% growth).  The restaurants are upscale, open for lunch and dinner.  Per person check average is $15-$50+, serving multiple types of cuisines.  The restaurants have full bar and seat about 200.  Trading areas are AB and BC.  We last wrote about this concept on 10/9/12 (4% growth).

Bloomington, MN-based CRAVE (founded 2007) has increased by 1 unit for the Crave concept, from 7 to 8 (14% concept growth) and entered into OH.  The company also operates a concept called Crave Cafe & Deli (1).  Overall company increase was from 8 to 9 (13% company growth).  The Crave concept is upscale, serving American cuisine.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner, with a $15-$50+ per person check average.  The restaurants have full bar service and seating for about 225.  Catering and private party services are available.  Crave Cafe & Deli is fast casual, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Trading areas are FL, MN, NE, and OH.  We last wrote about this company on 2/26/13 (33% growth).

Missoula, MT-based HUHOT MONGOLIAN GRILL (founded 1999) has increased by 5 units, from 47 to 52 (11% growth) and entered into UT.  This is a fast casual Asian concept, open for lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person check average.  The restaurants serve beer and wine and seat around 150.  Catering and online ordering are available.  Locations are franchised and trade in AR, CO, IA, IN, KS, MN, MO, MT, NE, NE, OK, SC, SD, TX, UT, WA, and WI.  We featured this concept on 5/29/12 (7% growth) and on 1/15/13 (7% growth).
