Seattle, WA-based SUGAR MOUNTAIN has increased by 1 unit, from 3 to 4 (33% growth) with the addition of a new concept called Liam’s Bistro.  Other concepts are Bennett\’s Pure Food Bistro (1) and Pasta & Co (2).  The bistro restaurants are upscale, open for dinner and serving Italian cuisine.  Per person check average is $15-$50+, with average seating for about 150.  Locations have full bar service.  Pasta & Co is a fast casual deli/bakery, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Catering and banquet services are available.  All the restaurants are in WA.

 

South Carolina-based J PETER\’S GRILL & BAR (founded 2010) has increased by 1 unit, from 5 to 6 (20% growth).  This is a family/casual concept serving American cuisine.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner, with a $10-$30+ per person check average.  The restaurants have full bar and seat around 150.  Trading areas are GA and SC.

Atlanta, GA-based UNCLE MADDIO\’S PIZZA JOINT (founded 2009) has increased by 17 units, from 18 to 35 (94% growth) and entered into AL, AR, CO, ND, NE, TX and VA.  This is a fast casual pizzeria, open for lunch and dinner.  Per person price range is $4-$12+, serving beer and wine.  Units seat about 70 and offer catering service.  Locations are franchised and trade in AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, KY, NC, ND, NE, SC, TN, TX and VA.
