Healthy meets delicious at CARROT EXPRESS! Why says making healthy choices has to be difficult or boring? It all started 30 years ago when Mario Laufer decided to dive into the restaurant business. He had a passion for food that was good for the body and easy on the taste buds. After a few attempts, Carrot Express got its real start inside of a gas station on Alton Road in South Beach. It wasn\’t long before the spot became a place that the residents couldn\’t stop talking about! Since then, it has become the spot to enjoy quality food without the guilt!
They will be opening a new location in Pembroke Pines, FL soon, increasing from 18 to 19 units (6% growth). They also have plans to open an additional 9 locations soon throughout the Florida area. These fast/casual juice/smoothie hotspots are open for lunch and dinner with seating for around 150 patrons. Don\’t forget to check them out for your next event! They also offer catering services so you can enjoy healthy options with your guests. Locations are franchised and trade in FL and NY.
