Mandeville, LA-based FAT TUESDAY (founded 1984) is opening a new location in Houston, TX, increasing from 66 to 67 units (2% growth). They also have plans to open an additional five locations throughout AZ, FL, NV, TN and TX.
With its roots tracing back to New Orleans, these casual/family American restaurants are synonymous with good times!
